Einadia hastata (Hastate Saltbush)
Einadia hastata, commonly known as Hastate Saltbush, is a resilient, sprawling shrub native to the Melbourne Sandbelt region. Typically growing to a height of 0.5-1 meter (1.5-3 feet), it can spread up to 2 meters (6.5 feet), forming a dense ground cover with its attractive, lance-shaped, grey-green leaves.
This species produces small, inconspicuous flowers that bloom in spring and summer, which attract various pollinators.
